COVID-19 UPDATE FROM GRIMME UK
GRIMME UK would like to remind our customers that we are still open for business and here to support you.
As key workers within the industry, GRIMME UK would like to remind our customers that we are still open for business and here to support you. Below we have some quick updates for you regarding machine production, original parts and the service department.
New Machines
The GRIMME factory in Germany are continuing production of machines and original parts, therefore delivery of new harvest equipment will remain on time for the 2020 season. Production still has a good supply of external components and original parts secured for the coming weeks, so there should be no reason for any delay. Our team has been working tirelessly to make sure all new spring equipment should be arriving on farm in the next couple of days.
Original Parts
Large spring stock orders have been placed with the factory this year to ensure we have the parts you need when you need them. Parts staff are in work at all depots. However, to achieve this we are currently enforcing some key measures to help limit contact and prevent spread of COVID-19 further. Please will all customers and suppliers that require delivery, parts or service phone in advance to allow our team to prepare your orders and create a safe place to prevent putting our customers and our staff at risk.

If you have a new or persistent cough or a fever, we ask that you do not visit any of our outlets. We are able to provide parts by courier if a designated location can be supplied to remove the contact and potential spread of the virus.
Service
Our service department will continue to support our growers through the Spring season and will continue to be equipped with all the parts our customers require. To reduce the risk to our depots and to our customers, our service department will endeavour to carry out any service work in the field and on farm. We ask that our staff are given space when carrying out work to reduce the risk.
The health of our staff, customers and their families is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation and government advice to keep you updated.
We appreciate your support and cooperation in these challenging times.
Many thanks and stay safe,
