Two rows, trailed, with box-platform

The "TSP" is a trailed sieving harvester with box platform for harvesting sweet potatoes and other sensitive root crops. The machine is characterised by its high crop protection. An intake with shares and disc coulters is used to pick up the crop. The main web allows excess soil to be sieved off. Two distribution rollers divide the crop flow evenly to the outer sides. Downstream of the main web, the crop flow is divided onto two picking webs. Each of them has a picking platform for the staff on the left and right side of the machine. Between the two picking webs there is a conveying belt, which conveys the crop into a box. The high level of crop protection is achieved by "positive picking process". The picking staff only removes the (positive) crop and not the admixtures from the entire material flow. Thus, no mechanical separator is needed, which would cause damage to the sweet potatoes. The box can be tilted to reduce the fall step.
